Do I need an appointment to pick up or drop off equipment?
Yes- all equipment pickups or drop offs require an appointment.
How can I make an appointment?
Please Call or Text 860-333-7651, any day or time to make an appointment. If we aren’t available, leave a message including your name and details of your request, and we will get back to you when we are able.
Is there a charge for any equipment?
There is no charge for any equipment. Currently wheelchairs, transport chairs, and knee scooters require a $50 refundable cash or check deposit. This deposit is refunded upon return of fully intact, clean equipment.
Do you pick up or deliver equipment?
No, we do not provide pick up or delivery service
Do you offer assistance with loading/unloading equipment?
No, you will be responsible for loading/unloading equipment into your vehicle. Please bring assistance if needed.
How long can I keep the equipment?
You can keep the equipment as long as needed.
Does it matter where I live? Can I get equipment if I don't live in Niantic?
We provide equipment to anyone, regardless of where you live.
